From the phone call to in person customer service, everyone was a delight, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very lovely experience had an issue with not getting thr right storage unit by mistake, was able to fix problem and get upgraded, the women who helped us was very sweet and understanding and helped us so much, everything is secure, protected and very well organized, my boyfriend and I were unloading a uhaul and she even came around and gave us some waters which was super sweet, it was super hot, was very happy with this experience, was recommended by my parents and I'll be recommending to friends from here on out!
